Scope of this privacy policy
3. This privacy policy applies only to the actions of MOT Consultant and Users with respect to this Website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.
This privacy policy covers your use of the Website only. Our premium-rate telephone helplines are governed by their own terms, published in full at Appendix A (MOT Manager Compliance Helpdesk) and Appendix B (MOT Testers Helpdesk). Calls to those numbers are billed and recorded by your network operator under their own terms.

4. We may collect the following Data, which includes personal Data, from you:

- b. Contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;
- c. The content of any enquiry or message you send us;
- d. IP address (automatically collected);

We do not take payments through this Website and we do not collect card or bank details from you via this Website.

At any time you can request details of the personal information we hold about you, and/or request that the information is removed from our servers.
